The Commons Apartments

All students who have completed three (3) semesters with a minimum of 45 hours, have a 2.3 GPA or higher are eligible to apply.  Independent students over 24 years of age are eligible for the Commons Apartments.  Students receiving Å·ÃÀ¸ßÇå scholarships and Alabama Incentive Plans are not eligible unless they pay the full room rate.  Family discounts are excluded.

Continuing students must pay a $200 non refundable Housing Application fee.

The Commons Apartments has two (2) and four (4) bedroom apartments available for Å·ÃÀ¸ßÇå students meeting the requirements.
